Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, using the contact form on this site.

 

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

 

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized

orders or items on sale.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND DAMAGED PACKAGES

A full refund will be issued as soon as we receive the artwork in original condition. Return shipping must be paid by the customer including insurance. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

If your artwork gets lost or damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement or full refund.

 

In case of damage, please notify us right away. Take photos of the package and the damaged painting and send it to us so the case can be filed properly. Also, please keep the original packaging for possible further inspection by the shipping company.

All paintings are one-of-a-kind. But if you see something you like and want something similar,

just contact me on our contact page to discuss.

 

Have an idea of your own? Need a specific size, or custom colors?

Contact me via the contact form.

 

Please feel free to include your photo examples, as well as color palette and canvas size.

 

Depending on the type of painting and current orders ahead of yours, It usually takes 1-2 weeks from the receipt of payment to complete and ship the painting. The photos will be emailed for approval right before shipment.
